A great way to start your weekend! This class invites more energy, while totally aware that it is a weekend morning! Let loose, release the week and find freedom in your amazing body!
Even though this class has more energy, it is still great for those new to yoga and those that have practiced for while!
Wednesday Evening - Live Zoom Class (video sent out each week)

A gentle midweek check-in. A time to connect with self and repose. Finding some deep connection time to help carry you the remainder of the week.
This class will focus on basic postures, seated and standing. It will be quieter, and include breathwork and meditation.
This class is great for those who have never done yoga before, and those who have practiced for a while.
